Saturday, November 21, 2026, 10:00am-12:00pm

Location: Church of Christian Compassion / Compassion Connect, 6121 Cedar Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19143

Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, a homeowner, or a realtor, The Valuation Lab will help you understand what goes into a home’s value and feel more confident when an appraisal matters.

We’ll begin with breakfast and networking, then explore:

• How the appraisal process works
• What influences property value
• How to understand key information in an appraisal report
• What happens when an appraisal comes in below the contract price

The event will conclude with an interactive panel discussion featuring industry professionals and time for your questions.

Understand the appraisal. Know the value. Build wealth.
